Governing Body

The governing body of the organization shall consist of;

It shall be the highest legislative body of the organization
Decisions taken at by the governing body shall be binding on all members of the organization.
Shall use both top down and/or bottom up leadership approach in decision making
Shall work hand in hand with the executive council.
Take disciplinary actions against any professional whose actions and inactions post a challenge to the achievement of the purpose, vision and mission of the organization.
Shall resolve all conflicts in the organization and preside over every committee.
Approve With God Cerebral Palsy Ghana annual budgets and accounts and ensure that the accounts of the organization are audited once a year

The Executive Council shall assist the governing body of the organization in the performance of duty as and when necessary and shall consist of;

Subject to the above, depending on the agenda, the following shall be added to the executive council as and when appropriate.

One representative of each partner organization

The Executive Council shall be charge with providing leadership and prudent management of With God Cerebral Palsy Ghana in a proper manner and pursue the interest of the organization.
They shall formulate and implement appropriate policies, strategic plans and programmes for the organization
Made available all materials, finance and facilities for the smooth running of the organization
Assign all such committees and special officers as are deemed necessary to carry out the tasks of the organization.
Set all groups and committees and supervise them under the authority of the governing body.
Approve all projects and activities of the organization and final draft proposals before execution and other documentations of the organization.
Organize annual general meetings
Raise funds to support the operation of the organization
All decisions of the executive council shall be approved by the governing body of the organization before carried out.
The Executive Council shall at all times act in the best interest of With God Cerebral Palsy Ghana and shall not represent the interest of their own organization sake where they coincide with that of With God Cerebral Palsy Ghana.
